We are the largest convention center in Boulder County — with over 20,000 square feet of flexible indoor & outdoor meeting space. Featuring a 6000 sq. foot ballroom, 200 seat amphitheater, and plenty of smaller board rooms. With an event planner and full service catering on-site along with 1 Gigabit high speed internet access and state of the art audio visual equipment your meeting will surely be a success. Planning meetings and events are easy when you book at the Plaza. Our staff has many years of experience in event planning and management, and know how to make a meeting successful. We can work with you from start to finish, maximizing your event’s potential, with layouts, menus, and service that wows planners and attendees alike.
Looking to entertain your clients? You can treat them to lunch or dinner at House of Q BBQ & Brew — our fun and friendly restaurant attached to the hotel. With an extensive menu of incredible house specialities, an extensive list of local craft beers and the great services needed to make your and your guests feel at home.
Corporate customers will also enjoy reasonable hotel room rates through the Best Western Plus Plaza Hotel, located on the premises. The Plaza is conveniently located in Longmont, with 210 guest rooms, and we provide a wonderful hot complimentary breakfast. We also offer an executive wing, where the rooms are larger and more secluded. The executive lounge offers a space where guests can sit and relax, watch TV, or work on their laptops. This area features a printer and copier as well. We also offer a 12 passenger shuttle, which can take guests anywhere within a 10 mile radius, free of charge. The shuttle is available Monday – Friday.
